● មានទំនាក់ទំនងល្អ និងជំនាញបង្ហាញផលិតផលបានច្បាស់លាស់
● មានចំណេះដឹងអំពីផលិតផល និងទីផ្សារក្នុងវិស័យឱសថ
● ស្មោះត្រង់ ខិតខំធ្វើការ ទទួលខុសត្រូវ និងមានវិន័យខ្ពស់
● អាចធ្វើការដោយឯករាជ្យ គ្រប់គ្រងពេលវេលា និងធ្វើការក្រោមសម្ពាធបានល្អ
● អាចប្រើភាសាខ្មែរ និងអង់គ្លេសសម្រាប់ការងារ និងទំនាក់ទំនងជាមួយអតិថិជន
