KCRI International Cooperation Co., Ltd., is currently seeking dynamic, self-motivated and dedicated candidates for the position of Sales Supervisor to join our team and contribute to driving our business forward.

 

Location: 24 provinces (nationwide).

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver sales, volume, and distribution targets within assigned territory.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop Sales Representatives to improve capability and performance.
  • Monitor daily sales activities and ensure effective route and territory execution.
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, merchandising, and execution standards in the market.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and distributors to drive business growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand customer coverage.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in FMCG.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role is preferred.
  • Experience in distributor and field sales operations is an advantage.
