  • Manage both Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions, ensuring efficient processing and accurate record-keeping.
  • Prepare monthly consolidated financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Exercise control over all Accounts Payable transactions, maintaining proper documentation and adherence to payment procedures.
  • Exercise control over all Accounts Receivable transactions, including invoicing and collection efforts.
  • Prepare and issue invoices to clients accurately and promptly.
  • Review and verify invoices before authorizing payments.
  • Oversee and reconcile petty cash.
  • Perform stock reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Generate daily and monthly financial reports.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Banking, and Finance
  • At least with 3 years of working experience
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
  • Familiarity with common accounting software systems, including Point of Sale (POS) systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel especially)
  • Detailed-oriented and high regard to accuracy
  • Good at time management
  • Good communication and helpful cooperation
  • Good analytical skills and problem-solving
  • Embrace flexibility
