Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls PA, Load balancers,Wifi, VPN, QoS)
• Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
• Provide support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
• Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
• Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team
• Deploy and maintain new and existing hardware in support of current customers and future growth
• Respond to incident/requests regarding network performance and configuration changes including an off hours, level 2, on-call rotation
• Maintain network documentation, run-books, diagrams, and network assets in the configuration management database
• Monitor and tune network infrastructure to identify and eliminate issues and potential bottlenecks
• Remain current on emerging technologies via professional groups, trade magazines, internal and external training, independent research and study, and other avenues
• Be available for other engineers and coach them to resolution
• Establish VPN connection with new partners and maintain existing connection surely stability and documentation
• Maintain and configuring network environment both back office and production side
• Immediately  action when getting monitoring notification related to network segment  
• Monitoring and reporting unexpected performance workload and network security concern to line manager or vendors
• Work with security team at HQ for urgent case related to security and prevention
• Back office support for urgent case which assign by line manager

• University degree in Computer Science or a related subject
• Proven hands-on network engineering experience
• Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS)
• Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools
• Practical experience troubleshooting issue relate to LAN, WAN, VPN and Load- balancer infrastructure
• Strong understanding of IT production environments, operational strategies and mission critical systems to include IT internal controls and regulatory compliance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
