Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Assist in monthly close processes to ensure data completeness and accuracy
Conduct financial and variance analysis to support business decisions
Prepare reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI
Support the creation and maintenance of Profit Centers, Cost Centers, and Internal Orders
Monitor actual performance against budget and highlight discrepancies
Collaborate with internal departments to gather and validate financial data
Participate in automation and IT-related initiatives
Perform other tasks as assigned by Supervisor

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
At least 2 years of experience in Management Accounting and/or Finance, or a related area.
Financial and business analysis
Basic understanding of SAP and CO-Module (preferred)
Budgeting and reporting processes
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and collaborate in teams
Problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel for business support
Participate in market visits with relevant teams
