  • Promote and sell tractors and related agricultural machinery to customers and dealers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and business partners.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Conduct product presentations and explain tractor features, benefits, and technical specifications.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable tractor models and solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare sales reports, customer information, and market feedback.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales, especially in agricultural machinery, tractors, or automotive products, is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of tractors and agricultural machinery is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel and conduct field visits.
  • Good problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
