  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans for children with special educational needs.

  • Assess students' learning abilities, strengths, and developmental needs.

  • Provide appropriate teaching methods and learning activities based on each student's needs.

  • Support students in developing communication, social, behavioral, and academic skills.

  • Monitor students' progress and prepare regular progress reports.

  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support students' development.

  • Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Education, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Experience working with children with special educational needs is preferred.

  • Knowledge of individualized education plans and inclusive teaching strategies.

  • Patient, compassionate, responsible, and passionate about supporting children's development.

  • Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.

  • Good command of Khmer; English proficiency is an advantage.
