Program Operations & Delivery Management
● Own the full operational lifecycle of public coding programs (Full Stack, Front-End, Back-End, Mobile, etc.) from cohort planning to graduation
● Coordinate between curriculum, instructors, TAs, career services, and facilities/LMS teams to ensure seamless execution
● Monitor key program metrics (completion rates, NPS, project quality, job placement readiness) and drive continuous improvement
● Collaborate with Education Lead to design and integrate new programming courses
Technical Quality Assurance
● Perform regular spot-checks on student projects, code reviews, and exercises to ensure technical rigor and relevance
● Work with lead instructors to maintain curriculum currency with the latest tools, frameworks, and industry practices
● Identify technical gaps in delivery and propose actionable solutions

Education & Experience
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
● At least 3 years of hands-on professional experience as a software developer, full-stack engineer, web developer, or similar technical role
● Proven experience shipping production code in at least one modern stack (e.g., JavaScript/React/Node, Ruby on Rails, Java/Spring, mobile with React Native/Flutter, etc.)

Skills & Competencies
● Strong technical judgment and ability to evaluate code quality, system design, and teaching eff ectiveness
● Excellent project/program management skills with extreme attention to detail
● Comfortable running technical interviews and assessing teaching demos
● Outstanding communication skills in English (written and verbal); Khmer is a plus
● Experience with modern development tools and workfl ows (Git, CI/CD, Docker, cloud platforms, etc.)
● Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
● Passion for education and developing the next generation of Cambodian developers

Preferred Qualifi cations
● Previous experience as a trainer, mentor, or teaching assistant in coding bootcamps or university settings
● Past role in program management, operations, or technical recruiting
● Familiarity with bootcamp-style intensive learning environments
