  • Participate in investment planning, prepare strategic plans, and promote sales staff activities at the branch level.
  • Lead, manage, direct, and motivate subordinate staff to perform their work effectively.
  • Lead product promotion to customers and target areas
  • Study and evaluate loan applications to maintain and manage the quality of the loan portfolio and resolve various issues at the branch level.
  • Manage the quality of customer service at the branch level.
  • Monitor changes in the competitive market situation, customer needs, satisfaction, and complaints, and participate in recommending changes to credit products when necessary.
  • Manage branch-level income and expenses effectively
  • Monitor and regularly promote the implementation of internal control procedures and ensure compliance.
  • Prepare loan reports for the Branch Management Department and other important reports as requested by relevant specialist departments.
  • Participate in the recruitment process and train branch-level staff.

Job Requirements

  • Completed a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance, General Management or a Business degree
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in analyzing and evaluating loans in microfinance or banking institutions.
  • Have experience in managing, leading, and motivating subordinates for at least 2 years
  • Have problem-solving skills, forward thinking, good communication and creativity
  • Ability to perform tasks under pressure and with clear deadlines
