Mega Leasing Plc is currently operating in cities and provinces such as Phnom Penh, Kandal, Kampong Speu, Kampong Cham, Kampong Thom, Tbong Khmum, Prey Veng, Siem Reap, Battambang, Pailin, Banteay Meanchey and Sihanoukville.
Mega Leasing Plc is looking to recruit qualified and highly honest candidates to fill the following positions:
Selected locations: Phnom Penh, Battambang, Sihanoukville, Pailin, Tbong Khmum, Siem Reap, Kampong Cham, Banteay Meanchey, Kampong Speu, Kampong Thom
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and implement effective sales plans
- Clearly introduce potential customers to Mega Leasing Plc's leasing products
- Follow lease policies and procedures.
- Achieve set plans for both customers and annual loan portfolios
- Gather sufficient information about the customer (such as his/her business and other sources)
- Analyze customer information to ensure reliability
- Ensure high quality of customer service to customers, including approval and rejection of customer requests.
- Create and implement customer monitoring/supervision plans
- Communicate promptly with customers who miss monthly payments.
- Establish credit discipline among customers and team members
- Have a team spirit to support team performance
- Participate in regular team meetings to update on challenges and find solutions, update company changes, and promote business initiatives.
- Provide feedback on the effectiveness and efficiency of the contracting process and policies.
- Request to the direct manager or branch manager to improve the work for the better.
- Communicate changes or updates information in a timely manner to all stakeholders.
- Meet with key stakeholders such as staff, suppliers, key focal points in the plan to maintain and strengthen better relationships.
- Meet with customers directly to collect customer feedback or complaints.
