• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements such as profit/loss reports and balance sheets.
• Transaction Management: Record and manage daily accounting transactions, including AP, AR, and general ledger entries.
• Tax Compliance: Assist with preparing and filing monthly tax declarations (VAT, Withholding Tax, Salary Tax) in line with GDT regulations.
• Cash Management: Monitor petty cash, handle bank deposits, and reconcile bank statements regularly.
• Fixed Assets: Keep track of resort assets, update the register, and record depreciation properly.
• Audit Support: Provide documents and explanations to support internal and external audits.
• Cost Control: Work closely with F&B and Store teams to monitor inventory and help control operating costs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous accounting experience is preferred; hospitality or resort experience is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel (formulas, reporting, data analysis).
• Proficient in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High attention to detail, honesty, and the ability to work independently under pressure in a remote island environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to resort operations and support a full accounting function.
