Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead core accounting operations, strengthen financial controls, and support accurate reporting for a growing logistics business in Phnom Penh. This role suits a detail-oriented finance professional who can manage teams, ensure compliance, and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities
● Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, fixed assets, and cash management.
● Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with accuracy and compliance.
● Review journal entries, reconciliations, and account analyses to ensure data integrity.
● Monitor budgets, expenses, and cash flow; provide insights to support business decisions.
● Coordinate audits, tax filings, and statutory reporting with internal teams and external partners.
● Strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures to reduce risk and improve efficiency.
● Lead, coach, and develop accounting staff to achieve high performance and accountability.
● Partner with management to deliver financial reports, variance analysis, and operational support.

● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA/ACCA is a plus.
● Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
● Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
● Experience in logistics, transport, or a fast-paced commercial environment is preferred.
● Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, with strong analytical skills.
● Proven ability to manage deadlines, lead a team, and work cross-functionally.
● Good understanding of tax, audit, and regulatory compliance requirements.
● Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
● High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ownership of results.
