1. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements ensuring accounts are completed and correct
following CIFRS
2. Working closely with the finance manager and Business Planning lead to understand the
variance report.
3. Review monthly and annually tax declaration and assists manager to deal with authority
regarding tax issues.
4. Coordinates with independent audits statutory and group following timeline and address audit
findings and implement corrective actions to ensure smooth and positive outcomes.
5. Manage cash flow forecasts and control payment collecting.
6. Supervise and lead the accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient
performance of the team.
7. Adhoc projects from GM/ finance manager / group finance as needed.

-Degree in Financial accounting/ CAT/ completed skill level of ACCA is plus
-Minimum 4 years of work experiences in Accounting, Finance and /or Auditing
-Minimum 2 years of work experiences in supervisory and managerial role
-Good verbal and written communication in English
-Strong interpersonal communication skills
-Possesses strong technical skills with the ability to work independently with minimal to no
guidance.
-Demonstrates initiative, analytical skills, and resourcefulness in addressing responsibilities.
-Exhibits excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and robust follow-up
capabilities.
-Maintains a sense of urgency and a proactive can-do attitude.
-Shows a willingness and interest in developing the professional competencies of junior team
members through coaching and mentoring.
