• Process a high volume of daily transactions, including posting vendor invoices (Accounts Payable) and preparing customer invoices (Accounts Receivable).• Perform routine bank and account reconciliations (e.g., credit card statements, petty cash) to ensure general ledger balances match external statements.• Accurately and timely enter financial data into the company's accounting software (ERP); maintain organized and up-to-date electronic and physical financial files.• Assist in the preparation of month-end closing schedules and basic reports, including compiling supporting documentation for journal entries and accruals.• Ensure all transactional processing adheres to internal control policies; assist senior accountants in preparing schedules and providing documentation for internal and external audits.
