A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Assist the Property Manager in the day-to-day management of the property management for the Elysee Elite Town I, II, III, La Seine and future project to be include.
  • Check and manage all documents/ request before Property Manager signed-off (accept confidential of HR/Admin document)
  • Organize pending request and send to Property Manager verify weekly
  • Maintain good relationships with respective departments and customer
  • Assist to reduce all A/R outstanding with Accounting and Customer Service
  • Report any problems, concerns, and next action plan to the Property Manager
  • Respond to tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repair work with vendors and contractors.
  • accurate records including lease agreements, tenant correspondence, and maintenance logs.
  • Conduct routine property inspections and report findings to the Property Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to property management.
  • Help organize and attend property-related meetings and community events.
  • Prepare and review all internet agreement with ISPs
  • Prepare monthly summary report.

  • Bachelor's degree in management or administration
  • 1-2 years of experience in property management, real estate, or administrative support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of leasing procedures and tenant-landlord laws is a plus.
  • Can work under pressure, willing to work hard and learn new thing and solve difficulty problems
  • Excellent communication skills with colleague, owner, tenants over the phone, in person and via email.
