● Develop and implement local commercial strategies to drive revenue/gross profit and market share growth in Cambodia for all key product lines (Sea, Air, Trucking, Brokerage).

● Develop and execute business development plans to generate new logistics and forwarding business.
● Identify, approach, and convert prospective clients through calls, meetings, and networking.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and growth.
● Prepare proposals, quotations, and service presentations tailored to customer needs.
● Negotiate pricing, service terms, and contracts to secure profitable business opportunities.
● Coordinate with internal operations teams to deliver smooth and efficient customer service.
● Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support strategy.
● Achieve sales targets, report pipeline progress, and maintain accurate CRM records.
