Manage all site operations to ensure projects complete successfully, meeting time, budget, quality, and scope. This includes proactive delay management and maintaining the Master Schedule with the Project Management Team.
Efficiently organize site facilities, logistics, and material requisitions, ensuring equipment suitability and timely deliveries align with construction schedules.
Enforce high standards for workmanship and materials, ensuring strict compliance with specifications, regulations, and all health & safety and quality standards.
Review payment reports for workers and subcontractors for accuracy, and proactively resolve operational issues on site, escalating complex problems with solutions.

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
5-8 years of progressive experience in construction site management
Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) for drawing review.
Excellent knowledge of building methods, construction techniques, and the ability to interpret complex architectural and engineering drawings.
Proven leadership, team building, and motivational skills to inspire and guide your team.
