Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Credit Officer to support credit assessment, account monitoring, and client servicing in Phnom Penh. Join JobNet Group and help maintain healthy credit operations while delivering responsive support.

Key Responsibilities
● Review credit applications, supporting documents, and customer information for completeness and accuracy.
● Assess creditworthiness and help prepare recommendations in line with company policies and approval standards.
● Monitor customer accounts, payment behavior, and outstanding balances to identify risk early.
● Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve credit-related issues and support timely collections.
● Maintain accurate records, reports, and updates for credit decisions, account status, and follow-ups.
● Provide professional customer service and handle inquiries related to credit terms and account matters.

● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
● Proven experience in credit, account management, collections, or customer support preferred.
● Strong understanding of credit evaluation, risk awareness, and basic financial analysis.
● Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
● Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy in handling records and documents.
● Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and meet deadlines effectively.
● Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM or finance systems is an advantage.
● Professional, ethical, and able to work well with teams and clients.
