An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Directly work with branches to share the SME sales strategy to achieve the annual lending plan.
  • Daily work with all regions & branches to push & follow up on the productivity & performances of SME/Commercial loans.
  • Closely follow up with branches to assess and timely submit credit review & loan extension.
  • Conduct branch visits to support the loan assessment & also marketing activities to improve the KPI performances of SME/Commercial loans.
  • Ensure SME/Commercial loans are of good quality at all regions & branches.
  • Explore & coordinate to make good relationships with SME business associations for SME business referral purposes.
  • Coordinate with credit analysis to speed up the SME/Commercial loan approval process.
  • Timely report the performances of SME/Commercial loans to management.
  • Guide all branch networks to daily improve the pipelines of SME/Commercial loan customers.
  • Perform other tasks as required by management.

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, or equivalent related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of lending experience with a focus on SME/Commercial segments &
  • Experience working in a regulated financial institution, preferably with some direct lending management experience
  • Experience with building strong relationships to achieve loan growth targets.
  • Excellent working knowledge of the SME market.
  • Solid knowledge of risk, macroeconomics, trading, portfolio theory & Financial Statement.
  • Good at English speaking, writing, and listening
  • Good computer literacy, Ms. Office, Internet, Khmer typing, and English.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion, responsibility, accountability, and commitment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Good personal characteristics, including soft, friendly, and good communication skills, and the ability to work in a team spirit.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to the wide branch network offices.
