Analyze data AO order, confirm order and upload into system before cut off time
Create MO order based on schedule.
Communicate with supplier about vendor service level and OOS reason.
Find out the root cause of abnormal SGO and solution.
Set up vendor schedule, create order for new item/vendor.

Bachelor degree in Business Administration or other related fields
Willing to learn something new, an open-minded person, and able to adapt to quick change in business strategy.
Keen on data analytics and analysis and knows how to interpret the findings.
At least have a fundamental understanding of retail business
Experience in SKU performance such as fast-moving, slow-moving, long-term OOS, and seasonal/festive SKU
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot table in-depth function / Power Pivot, detail dashboard, and some experience in Developer Mode function), and Power Point knowledge shall be beneficial.
Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures
Have at least 1 year of experience in Supply Chain department
