• Develop and maintain detailed production build plans based on forecasts, orders, and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with logistics and purchasing teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust plans to address changes in demand or supply constraints.
• Analyze capacity, lead times, and material availability to optimize production flow.
• Collaborate with warehouse and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment between planning and execution.
• Track key planning metrics and generate reports for management review.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning and supply chain processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in production planning or supply chain management, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory control, and material planning.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production scheduling tools.
