  • Finding bidding and sales opportunity, analyze and identify their requirements, preferences, competitors status, budget and other key information.
  • Develop sales strategies, implement account plans and lead generation to achieve sales targets
  • Build and foster strong relationships with key clients, high profile account, contacts, acting as primary point of contact and taking perfect care of each account's concerns, complaints and grievances.
  • Conduct customer insights, market trend analysis to understand each account's preferences, customer behaviour, market information, anticipate future needs, develop solutions that meet their requirement and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and keep track of all sales record, database management, bidding history, complaint and customer information.
Drive sales by up-selling, cross-selling, and create value chain business opportunities with them.
  • Conduct price and contract negotiation, terms and conditions review with key clients and high profile account, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and compliance.
  • Prepare, review quotation, sales contract, sales terms and conditions, bidding documents, sales proposal, reports, internal and external letters
  • Manage internal and external communication, collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions and meet client's needs.
  • Prepare sales forecasting, performance report and other reports to management or as per request from relevant departments.
  • Manage Department's Social Media plateform and create the posting content toward digital sales for B2B.
  • Develop sales operation's SOP, policy manual, guideline, and memo in complaince to companys rules, regulations and best practice.
  • Work closely with 5&M Department in designing and implementing sales campaign, preparing key account sales events, product launching, marketing tools, and materials.
  • Support new sales consultant on product knowledge training, role play, sales skills, reporting and B2B sales.
  • Supervise and manage team performance, understand their challenges and provide key activities plan, solution, guidance, and support to increase sales volumn and productivities.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

  • BA in business management, economics, sales or related field. Preferrable Master degree in Project Management or Economics.
  • Proven experience in managing key account, high sales volumn with at least 6 years experience in Sales Corporate Account and 2 years in management level
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with exceptional relationship building
  • Good strategic thinking and planning
  • Excellent rhetoric, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and reporting skills
  • Has strong industry knowledge, market trend and market analysis
  • Has a good driving skills with a valid driving license and understand clearly of the traffic law
  • Must be fluent in English and able to speak Chinese
