1. Develop event and strategies plan from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives.
2. Develop and maintain an influential relationship with external partners, such as Agencies, Vendors, Suppliers etc. to facilitate proper execution of ground activation plans, source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
3. Lead promotional activities for the event, coordinate all operations and supervise all staff (event coordinators, caterers etc.).
4. Monitor and collate the strategy and tactics of competitors during their ground activations, submit reports to management for further analysis and study.
5. Carry out marketing activation, team briefing and manage ground activities, ensuring operations are executed efficiently and effectively.
6. Engage consumer experience and generate interest to inspire brand loyalty, enhancing customer retention and acquisition.
7. Conduct post-activation analysis to determine factors and opportunities that can be improved upon future ground arrangements, provide feedback and information to management on market and creative trends observed.
8. Handling brainstorming and implementing event plans and concepts to management.
9. Perform related duties as assigned from time to time as required by the management.
