  • Develop and execute digital lending strategies including credit modelling and digital lending products to enhance customer experience and drive business objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end digital lending operations, from conceptualized programs, product development to loan origination and servicing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, risk management, business, marketing, and compliance to ensure seamless integration of digital lending solutions to targeted customers.
  • Manage performance, analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback for the in-charge digital lending programs improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in digital lending.
  • Establish and maintain key partnerships with fintech vendors, industry experts, and other stakeholders to stay abreast of emerging trends.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in digital lending, with a strong understanding of financial technology
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing digital lending strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Leadership experience in managing diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in financial services.
