Position

Digital Marketing Manager

Job Purpose

Lead and manage all digital marketing activities to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, drive online sales, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

• Plan annual and monthly digital marketing campaigns.

Campaign Management

• Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

• Optimize advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.

Social Media Management

• Oversee social media content planning and publishing.

• Ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.

Website & SEO

• Improve website traffic and user experience.

• Manage SEO and SEM activities.

Performance Analysis

• Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

• Analyze KPIs and recommend improvements.

Team Management

• Lead and coach the Digital Marketing team.

• Assign tasks and monitor team performance.

• Support employee development and training.

Budget Management

• Prepare and manage digital marketing budgets.

• Ensure cost-effective use of marketing resources.

Market Research

• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior.

• Recommend new digital marketing opportunities.

Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Creative, and Product teams to support business objectives.

Other Duties

• Perform other marketing-related duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• At least 1–2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Experience in FMCG, Trading, Retail, or E-commerce is preferred.
