Job Summary
Lead integrated marketing and digital growth for a dynamic Bakery brand in Phnom Penh and Provinces. Shape brand presence, drive customer engagement, and deliver campaigns that boost awareness, leads, and sales across online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies aligned with business goals and market trends.
● Lead digital campaigns across social media, search, email, and web to generate qualified leads.
● Oversee brand positioning, content direction, media planning, and creative execution.
● Analyze campaign performance, customer insights, and ROI to optimize spend and results.
● Manage marketing calendars, launches, events, promotions, and dealership support activities.
● Collaborate with sales, product, and external partners to ensure consistent messaging.
● Guide internal teams and agencies to deliver high-quality, on-brand marketing assets.

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
● 8+ years of experience in marketing, media, or digital growth, including leadership roles.
● Proven success in planning and managing integrated campaigns that drive measurable results.
● Strong expertise in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, analytics, and CRM.
● Experience in automotive, retail, or fast-paced consumer industries is highly preferred.
● Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
● Ability to think strategically, work under pressure, and lead multiple priorities effectively.
● Proficiency in English; knowledge of Khmer is an advantage.
