A Good Opportunity for ..

Manage the overall operation and performance of the HGB One mobile application.
Develop and execute business growth strategies for ecommerce and service operations.
Supervise ecommerce catalogue listings, pricing, promotions, inventory visibility, and content quality.
Coordinate platform advertising activities and sponsored placements.
Oversee creation and publication of platform content and promotional materials.
Ensure high standards of customer service, order management, and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate workshop onboarding and maintain accurate service center information.
Ensure integration and synchronization between the mobile application and internal systems, including ERP and financial platforms.
Monitor KPIs, sales performance, customer engagement metrics, and operational efficiency.
Build and maintain relationships with merchants, workshops, dealers, service providers, and partners.
Prepare management reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
Identify opportunities for new services, platform enhancements, and revenue streams.
Lead, coach, and evaluate ecommerce and service operations teams.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience in ecommerce operations, marketplace management, automotive services, or digital platforms.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to analyze data and convert insights into business decisions.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and digital commerce platforms.
Experience working with ERP systems, service operations, or customer support environments is an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to drive growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
