Manage financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts.
Develop and monitor budgets and financial plans aligned with the company’s goals.
Oversee billing systems, insurance claims processing, and ensure timely collections.
Monitor cash flow and manage working capital to ensure smooth operations.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings or revenue growth.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and healthcare financial standards.
Liaise with auditors, banks, insurance providers, and other financial institutions.
Implement and maintain effective internal controls.
Support the management team with financial insights for strategic planning.

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or CPA preferred).
5+ years of financial management experience; healthcare or dental clinic experience is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and healthcare billing systems.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or dental-specific ERP systems).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
