• Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoice and payment reconciliation
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash
• Support payroll processing and superannuation contributions
• Respond to supplier queries and resolve payment-related issues
• Monitoring staff expense reimbursements
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulations (e.g., GST, tax codes)
• Assist with audit preparation and liaise with external auditors
• Monitor expenditure and ensure alignment with budget allocations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth processes
• Provide general administrative support to the finance team
• Proactive and results focused, and demonstrated capacity to lead and develop a team.

● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field.
● 7+ years of relevant experience; managerial exposure in finance or accounting is preferred.

● Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate fluently and effectively in a professional environment.

● Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budget control.
● Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
● Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
● Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate professionally.
● High integrity, attention to detail, and a strong sense of accountability.
