1. Accounting & Financial Transactions

• Record and process daily financial transactions including revenue, expenses, accruals, and adjustments
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of entries in the accounting system
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts on a regular basis

2. Accounts Payable (AP)

• Verify supplier invoices, payment requests, and supporting documents
• Prepare payment vouchers and ensure timely processing of payments
• Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, and suppliers on payment issues

3. Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Monitor customer accounts and retail-related receivables
• Prepare AR aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
• Support collections and ensure proper recording of receipts

4. Financial Reporting Support

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support management reports related to sales performance, costs, and margins
• Ensure financial data accuracy before submission to management

5. Budgeting & Cost Control

• Assist in budget preparation and forecast updates for retail operations
• Monitor actual expenses against approved budgets
• Identify and report budget variances with explanations

6. Tax & Compliance

• Assist in preparing tax schedules and documentation (VAT, WHT, other applicable taxes)
• Support timely tax filing in compliance with Cambodian regulations
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and tax inspections

7. Internal Control & Audit Support

• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures
• Prepare documents and explanations for internal and external audits
• Support implementation of internal control improvements

8. Coordination & Other Duties

• Coordinate with retail operations, warehouse, HR, and procurement on finance matters
• Support finance system improvements and process documentation
• Perform other tasks assigned by Finance Manager.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance 

Skills & Competencies

• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures
• Understanding of Cambodian tax regulations is an advantage
• Strong Excel and accounting system skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Compliance with company policies and tax regulations
• Audit findings and control effectiveness.
