2. Digital Marketing Management:
•Create Digital Marketing Platforms and plan and manage all social media content, posting, and engagement.
•Maintain and update the shop’s website with current services, certifications, and photos. Produce or coordinate photo/video content (before/after repairs, tours, testimonials).
•Implement SEO strategies to improve local search ranking.
3. Reputation & Review Management:
•Monitor and respond to online reviews on Facebook, Youtube, TikTok, Google and insurance platforms. Develop strategies to increase customer reviews through automated systems or follow-up and manage customer feedback loops to improve service quality.
4. Customer Communication & Retention:
•Create and manage email and SMS campaigns for follow-ups, reminders, and promotions. Maintain communication templates for educating customers about repair processes and paint quality & oversee customer retention programs, loyalty incentives, and referral programs.
5. Community & Business Development:
•Build and maintain relationships with insurance agents, dealerships, and fleet companies to generate referrals. Coordinate community events, sponsorships, and charity involvement to boost brand visibility & attend local business networking events to create partnerships.
6. Analytics & Performance Tracking:
•Track key performance metrics such as leads, conversions, cost per lead, and ROI. Generate monthly marketing performance reports for leadership. Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies for improvement. Monitor market trends and competitor strategies.
7. Brand Management:
•Ensure consistent branding across all customer touchpoints (digital and physical). Oversee production of printed materials such as brochures, banners, and mailers. Update or maintain brand assets like logos, messaging, and visual standards.
8. Sales Support & Intake Optimization: Create scripts, FAQs, and templates to help staff communicate with customers effectively. Support Insurance partner, and dealer partnerships with marketing materials and co-branded content.
9. Budgeting & Vendor Management:
•Manage the marketing budget and allocate spending across channels. Negotiate and oversee relationships with marketing vendors, printers, ad agencies, SEO specialists, etc. Ensure cost-effective purchasing of advertising, promotional items, and marketing tools.
