5 Analyze funnel drop-off and improve registration to first-trade conversion.

6 Manage campaign budgets and monitor customer acquisition cost and ROI.

7 Prepare landing page briefs and compliant messaging for growth campaigns.

8 Track acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue performance weekly.

9 Design referral and reactivation programs to increase repeat trading.

10 Align growth messaging with community, content, and brand initiatives.

11 Monitor competitor activity and market trends in Cambodia and ASEAN.

12 Present growth insights and optimization plans to management regularly

1 Bachelor degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.

2 At least 3 years of experience in growth or performance marketing.

3 Proven ability to improve conversion funnels and campaign results.

4 Strong analytical skills with spreadsheets and reporting dashboards.

5 Experience with paid media, CRM, email tools, and analytics platforms.

6 Able to turn customer data into practical growth experiments.

7 Strong understanding of digital products and lifecycle marketing.

8 Experience in fintech, finance, or digital assets is preferred.

9 Familiarity with compliant marketing in regulated environments.

10 Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills.

11 Able to work in a fast-paced environment with measurable targets.

12 Khmer and English communication ability is preferred
