Building

  • Ensure the entrance, Office, Lobby, Gym, Swimming pools, Sport Halls, Apartments, Villa areas, Condo, rest rooms are clean. If there any issue related to Maintenance, Housekeeping or Landscape that need to take action, have inform to Operation Manager.
  • Lock the door and shelf properly when the shift is finish. Ensure all the device such as printer, laptop, or aircon are shut off properly.

Reception

  • Answering Phone call, checking email or message from colleague, manager or guest instantly.
  • Receives and handle guest’s complaints in a calm and professional manner
  • Greet and open the door for Guest or Resident with soft smile. Politely asking and offer your help.
  • Keep the record of Guest or Resident and summit the requirement to Operations Manager.
  • Work closely with other department maintenance, Housekeeping and Landscaping with regards to guest’s request and/or complaints.
  • Follow up on the pending tasks with related departments.
  • Ensure well stocked of stationary, toilet paper, hand towel, air refresher…etc for staff and management including raise PR for order and keep record in log book.

Other

  • Provide support to Operations Manager and other member.
  • Willing to do other ad hoc tasks assigned by Operations Manager

  • At least high school graduate or GED equivalent
  • Has experience in the same capacity
  • Has knowledge on Microsoft office and internet
  • Good communication skills
