Lead the technical design, architecture, and development of Treasury technology platforms supporting trading, liquidity management, securities, and funding operations. 

Define and maintain the technical roadmap for treasury systems, ensuring scalability, security, and integration with the Bank’s core banking system and other enterprise platforms. 

Collaborate with Treasury business teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and system solutions. 

Oversee development, configuration, and technical implementation of treasury systems, including vendor platforms and internally developed solutions. 

Ensure system integrations across Core Banking, Treasury systems, payment platforms, and data warehouses operate efficiently and securely. 

Establish strong technical governance frameworks, including development standards, coding practices, and system documentation. 

Work closely with Information Security, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure treasury platforms comply with NBC regulations, internal IT policies, and security standards. 

Lead vendor management activities related to treasury systems, including implementation projects, upgrades, and technical support. 

Provide technical leadership in major treasury system initiatives including new product launches, system enhancements, and platform modernization. 

Support disaster recovery planning, system resilience design, and infrastructure optimization for treasury technology platforms. 

Minimum 5+ years of experience in banking technology, financial systems, or treasury system implementation. 

Strong experience in treasury systems, financial trading platforms, or capital market systems. 

Experience in system architecture, platform integration, and financial system implementation projects. 

Exposure to treasury products including FX, Money Market, Fixed Income, and liquidity management. 

Experience working with Core Banking Systems, Treasury Management Systems (TMS), or trading platforms. 

Experience managing vendors, system implementation projects, and technology teams.
