Key Accountabilities

Sell retail loan products directly to customers to achieve individual sales targets
Advise customers on suitable retail loan products based on their needs.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Ensure all sales activities comply with product guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Report on sales performance and customer feedback to the Supervisor

Bachelor’s degree in business finance, Marketing, or preferred related field.
1 years in retail banking or direct loan sales preferred.
Strong sales and customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven, proactive and results-oriented.
Knowledge of retail loan products and banking operation
