JOB TITLE: INTERNAL AUDIT SUPERVISOR
REPORTS TO: AUDIT MANAGER
LOCATION: TOUL KORK, PHNOM PENH
SALARY RANGE: NEGOTIABLE

1. Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management
2. Control management over operations’ effectiveness
3. Financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
4. Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans
5. Analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data
6. Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process
7. Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement
8. Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings
9. Maintain open communication with management and audit committee
10. Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding the rules
11. Review annual survey’s report of items and asset’s warehouse
12. Prepare an annual budget plan for the year.
13. Keep good collaboration with other department and teamwork
14. Others tasks assign by audit manager.

1. Bachelor of Auditing or Accounting & Finance or other related fields
2. At least 2 years experiences as an audit supervisor or in related fields.
3. Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
4. Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports
5. Knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations
6. High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
7. Sound independent judgement and transparency
8. Good both writing and speaking in English
9. Be honest, hardworking and flexible
10. Able travel to provincial as needed
11. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making
12. Organizational and Time Management Skills
