Maintaining security patches and change management for all clients/servers
Monitoring and controlling user account and IT asset
Troubleshoot the infrastructure issue and support
Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor

University degree in IT or other related fields
At least 1-year experience in IT or other related fields
Broad knowledge and experiences in VMware virtualization environment
Broad knowledge and experiences in IT support, network, security, etc.
Good at problem solving. communication skills, ability to perform multi-tasks, and prioritize workload
Good at English communication both writing and speaking
