  • Provide daily technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications.
  • Ensure IT assets (laptops, mobile devices, printers) are properly maintained and documented.
  • Escalate complex issues to IT Executive or vendors when necessary.
  • Assist in IT audits, inventory management, and security compliance.
  • Maintain incident and request logs to ensure timely resolution.
