1. Achieve the set sales target on monthly, quarterly and annually.2. Submitted Daily and weekly sales report, case submission and pipeline to follow up following the provide template to BSM.3. Clear all pending to ensure the case get issued within standard TAT.4. Reach out to BSM to participate in joint field work to improve sales performance at least 1 time a week.5. Handle claims and complaints from customer and forward to Fortune life’s claim team ASAP.6. Maintain high quality of sales professional and compliance standard following company’s market conduct guideline.7. Build relationship with bank staffs to increase engagement and get more leads.8. Conduct Fortune Life’s Product Refreshing to bank staffs regularly at the branches.9. Participate in morning huddle with other LIS and BSM10. Make Plan, implement and provide rationales on daily basis to BSM.

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ
1. A fresh graduate from university or at least a Year II students at any university.2. Previous experience in sales, marketing, banking and finance are preferable.3. Experience as sales in life insurance or insurance company would be advantageous.4. Age between 20-26 years (Male or Female)5. Result – oriented, Strong commitment and self- driven individuals6. Good communication & negotiation skills7. Good appearance and attitude8. Enjoy meeting new people and good relationship management9. Basic computer literacy (MS Word/Excel, Internet, E-mail) is essential10. Chinese speaking would be an additional advantage.
