• Responsible for the planning, reporting, controlling, and delivery mobile developments (IOS & Android) to support the digital platforms and meet the business expectations and accelerate the digital products and services delivery;

• Responsible for defining and tracking the frontend services and their dependencies and ensuring that they conform to establish SLAs for delivering application solutions;

• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and backend developers, to conceptualize and deliver high-quality mobile applications;

• Architect, design, and develop native applications for iOS and Android platforms, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards;

• Optimize mobile applications for performance, responsiveness, and scalability to ensure seamless user experiences on various devices;

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in native application (IOS & Android) on mobile development, and related technologies, integrating them into our development process;

• Collaborate with backend developers to design and implement APIs, ensuring smooth integration between the front-end and back-end systems;

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions;

• Prepare development plan, proposal and deliver the same on time for all solutions;

• Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of the frontend development team providing guidance and support removing barriers as needed;

• Proactively seek opportunities to improve and enhance the efficiency of core development and related interfaces through innovative and improved software development;

• Responsible to make sure the long-term solutions are provided within the SLA;

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to developers, promoting code quality and knowledge sharing within the team;

• Responsible for formulating and develop the mobile banking product/service strategy, product roadmap and program related for the implementation;

• Lead the reimplementation of mobile banking functionalities and integrations with the new identified mobile banking platforms;

• Manage on Mobile Banking products/services via analysing the market information to ensure its competitiveness, risk mitigation tools, and comprehensiveness (in term of policies and procedures) for implementation; • Manage on Mobile Banking Business Architectures to align with the strategy and program/project implementations;

• Regularly review on Mobile Banking Products/Services operations and recommend improvements through working with the Commercial Department;

• Lead the task force team for all Mobile Banking CRs, pilot test and support during roll-out of new/existing services to ensure its timeliness, sufficient and clear feedback collection, and smooth operation by working closely with other relevant departments;

• Manage and co-ordinate on reconciliation processes and report requirements of digital banking products/services for regulators, management, branches and relevant business team;

• Leading and managing DevOps teams to ensure efficient collaboration and coordination between software development and IT operations;

• Responsible for Mobile Banking are up and running without any interruption with at least 99.99% system availability;

• Lead and manage the day-to-day production operation support on mobile app, manage production incidents issues by providing a proper solution within the SLA;

• Working closely with relevant production team such as Infra team, DBA team, Vendor team to monitoring mobile app production performance;

• Lead and manage on package/patch and configuration changes in Mobile banking portal production;

• Lead and manage on production app release for iOS and Android;

• Responsible for reporting for any critical incident or fraud happens to line and second line managers;

• Support and lead on the systems in DRP/BCP activities;

• Develop, implement and document systems, the internal methodology, processes and procedures, for software development adhering to ISO and standards;

• Ensure the risk management implemented and regularly reporting;

• Managing and monitoring on source code control. ensure all development source code are up to date with latest solution;

• Ensure quality assurance over all project’s deliverables to ensure the completeness and readiness and follow the policy and procedure;

• Accountable for maintaining all MB project documentations and properly classifications and stored in the repository;

• Ensure the risk management is in place and implemented.

• 5 years’ experiences in software developments, whereas min 2 years as a manager to lead a small team;

• Solid understanding in mobile app development and integration with backend API;

• Good programming languages Swift Code, Kotlin, Flutter, Java, Dotnet, SQL and PSQL and message-driven (ISO, XML, SOAP and JSON);

• Expert level knowledge in Software Development Lifecycle including requirement gathering, analysis, design, implementation, testing and deployment;

• Be able to understand the channels related MFI/Bank;

• Financial services industry experience (Banking, Microfinance, etc); • Good in English language for both written and spoken.
