Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Supervise and train store staff, including scheduling, performance management, and team motivation.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders as needed to maintain stock.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and complaint resolution.
Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs.
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Conduct regular audits, prepare reports, and present performance updates to senior management.
Handle cash management, budgeting, and daily reconciliation of sales.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries and best pricing.
Implement and enforce store policies, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies.

At least 5 years of experience in this position
Good at in Marketing and Sales skills
Have experience to work at Mart is advantage
Have experience in launching new stores is advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
Proficient in using POS systems, MS Office, and basic retail software.
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
