Job Summary

• Senior Manager, IT Development will be responsible for managing his/her IT development in capacity building both technical and non-technical skills. Ensure the readiness of each software requirement to be in-line with True Money’s plan.
• Senior Manager, IT Development must have strong communication skills and be comfortable working with all stakeholders from top management to lower levels

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction for establishing project requirements, priorities, and deadlines
• Manage team resources to ensure the deliverable of products required by the company
• Oversee the performance of IT Development team
• Lead team members in building their skill sets in order to adapt the rapid change of technologies
• Build team members mindsets
• Provide technical and non-technical support to team members in case needed
• Act as a bridge between non-technical to technical people in providing a clear understanding of the requirements and solutions
• Work very closely with related stakeholders in providing technical recommendation and solutions
• Ensure the quality of each application delivered to the market
• Prepare the IT Development Department budget and planning
• Act as company’s representative during working with partners in terms of technical solutions

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent , Master Degree is a plus
• Proven work experience in managing software development
• Proven work experience in working in Agile/Scrum/Kanban development process
• Ability to manage resources and tasks to meet timeline
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadline
• A solid understanding of project management principles

• English proficiency in both writing and speaking

• Strong analytical and leadership skills

• Fast learner, creative thinker, problems solver

• Team player, highly motivated and self-manageable

• Comfortable with working flexible working hours depending upon business need

• Ability to work under pressure and extra hours to meet set target
