You'll be responsible for promoting and selling hearing devices and related medical equipment, building relationships with doctors, clinics, and healthcare institutions, and driving revenue growth in your territory.
• A proven track record of building and maintaining professional relationships with physicians• The confidence to represent our brand at clinics, hospitals, and medical events• Genuine enthusiasm for improving patients' quality of life through better hearing solutions

• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceutical sales• An existing network of doctor and clinic contacts — you already know how to open doors in the medical community• A dynamic, high-energy personality with the drive to hunt for new business and hit targets• Creative problem-solving skills — able to tailor pitches and solutions to different healthcare providers• Basic technical understanding of medical or audiology equipment (training provided, but a head start is a plus)• Strong communication and relationship-building skills• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field
