Job Summary
Join Vattanac Bank as a Customer Resolution Centre Officer in Phnom Penh. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and deliver a professional banking experience that supports trust, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
● Handle inbound customer calls and service requests with professionalism and care.
● Resolve customer issues accurately, escalating complex cases when needed.
● Provide clear product and service information in line with bank policies.
● Record and update customer interactions in the system with accuracy.
● Follow up on unresolved cases to ensure timely closure and customer satisfaction.
● Maintain confidentiality and uphold service quality standards at all times.

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Banking, Finance, or a related field.
● 0–2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or banking support.
● Strong communication skills in Khmer, English, and Chinese.
● Good problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
● Able to work under pressure and manage multiple customer requests.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using banking systems.
● High attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism.
● Willing to work in Phnom Penh, Doun Penh.
