Manage and maintain mobile banking application, internet Banking (SmartBiz), mobile teller including development new feature and system enhancement.

Develop and maintenance the product related to digital banking/ external and channels including support biz team on BRD gathering, FSD, analysis and design for digital products.

Coordinating, work with vendor for product development/enhancement.

Coordinating, managing system development/ enhancement.

Analyze, develop product, improve/ enhance features utilities Digital Banking channels.

Evaluate the development outcome to maximize the performance

Develop, implement, and testing on E-banking systems (Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, other digital channel products)

Daily monitor and check to ensure the system running smoothly (24/7) with healthy performance

Work and support business departments requirement for products Digital Banking channels, participate deployment, testing conduct acceptance its features/products.

Develop and work on integration services, APIs, OBP, with 3rd party and Fintech companies.

Troubleshoot problems and propose solutions for issues related to production of above systems, validate with respective manager before applying the validated solution.

Support and generate report (daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly quarterly, yearly) for departments.

Support checking issues raised from other departments and 3rd parties.

Implement and report on production systems and service operations processes and procedures, problems, incidents and escalation to management.

Monitoring and maintenance services, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, other digital channel products and report on exceptions and corrective actions initiated.
