Conduct market research, driver surveys, user surveys, etc., and compile research reports. Operate the operational backend, such as configuring and distributing coupons. Execute online and offline promotional activities, including copywriting, material preparation, and on-site coordination. Maintain daily communication with customer service, risk control, driver management, and vehicle management teams, and follow up on specific driver or passenger cases. Complete other operational support tasks assigned by leadership.

Fluent in Chinese, with proficiency in reading and writing Chinese preferred. Proficient in using common office software, with the ability to skillfully use Excel for basic data processing. Task-oriented: Able to clearly understand task requirements and complete assigned work on time, with quality and quantity ensured. Detail-oriented: Patient and meticulous when handling data, configuring activities, and communicating with users to avoid errors. Proactive in feedback: Capable of thinking independently when encountering issues and promptly reporting progress and difficulties to leadership. Possess strong communication skills, enabling effective interaction with drivers, users, and internal colleagues.
