Job Summary
Experienced and highly organized Personal Assistant to the CEO to support daily executive operations, communication, scheduling, and confidential administrative tasks. This role requires strong coordination, professionalism, and attention to detail in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
● Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
● Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, minutes, and official business documents.
● Coordinate internal and external meetings and follow up on action items and deadlines.
● Handle confidential records, filing systems, and sensitive company information.
● Liaise with departments, clients, partners, and external stakeholders professionally.
● Assist with business reports, proposals, executive correspondence, and event planning.
● Support company events, executive travel logistics, and general administrative tasks.
