• Contact to customer to remind them on repayment schedule and duedate to avoid late payments
• Call to customer to follow up on the repayment
• Prepare report for line manger
• Do assigned tasked by manager

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Banking & Finance, or related field
• Undergraduate and fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in an environment with shifting priorities and time-sensitive deadline
• Good knowledge of marketing principles and Banking operations
• Good at English and Microsoft Office and Fluent in verbal and written English
