Position Purpose

To deliver high-quality teaching and learning that promotes academic excellence, positive discipline, and holistic student development. The role focuses on effective lesson planning, assessment, and classroom management, while collaborating with colleagues and maintaining strong communication with parents to support student success.

Job Goals

Deliver engaging lessons and maintain high standards of discipline, character, and academic excellence.
Plan lessons, assessments, and learning materials in line with school requirements.
Assess student progress and provide timely feedback.
Create a positive, supportive classroom environment that promotes holistic development.
Set and monitor homework according to school policy.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and school leadership.
Communicate effectively with parents to support student learning.

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ

Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field.
Minimum 1 year teaching experience (international or Cambridge curriculum preferred).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Creativity in lesson planning and teaching approaches.
Proficiency in English; additional languages an advantage.
