• Conducting market research and analysis for products and service

• Maintaining product roadmap and product backlog using inputs from vendors, current business needs, operational planning, and strategic planning.

• Providing operational leadership and understanding of the development path for the product.

• Managing the product features and product lifecycle from idea to the delivery.

• Promotional Activities & Material Development

• KOLs Engagement & Relationship management

• Organizing medical meeting e.g., Symposia, Round Table Discussion, Hospital Meeting, Product Group Meeting, product presentations, booth exhibition, doctor's presentation programs.

• Looking for new business or maintain business growth in the future with effectively launch new product.

• Training medical representative on product knowledge, competitors' profiles, product strategies, detailing products with brochures or clinical studies.

• Closely monitor the medical team’s performance to ensure compliance with company policies and timely execution of planned activities.

• Develop and manage detailed product brand plans, marketing strategies, and implementation roadmaps.

• Another task assigns by DM.

• Medical background strongly preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of marketing.

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Up-to-date knowledge of market trends in pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.

• Excellent oral and written English communication, capable of making effective presentations.

• Flexible and able to work under pressure.

• Ability to lead / work with the team.

• Experience working with marketing, sales, and clinical teams.

• Good time management and able to meet deadline.

• Independent, self-motivation and team player.

• Competent computer literate (especially Word & Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, & MS Team)

• Proven experience in engaging with KOLs and managing relationships.
